The first touch of your brand, before the garment is worn
Give the collection a coordinated identity with hang tags and woven labels designed around your artwork, colors and finish. Consider how the paper, thread and attachment feel alongside the garment itself.

For direct-to-customer orders, match the mailer size, opacity and closure to the contents. Review clear, frosted and opaque finishes, alongside print coverage and material thickness, before confirming the packing specification.

RESPONSIBLE MATERIAL CHOICES
Eco-Friendly Packaging
with Material Documentation
Choose materials around protection, presentation and responsible sourcing. Review paper-based alternatives, recycled-content bags and a packing format that uses only the material the garment needs.
Request FSC documentation for paper and board, GRS records for recycled-content materials and relevant OEKO-TEX reports where applicable. Check that each document covers the actual material selected for your order.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Frequently Asked Packaging Questions
Answers on packaging options, minimum quantities, color matching and production timing.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom packaging?
Plan from 100 units per design for custom bags and hang tags. Rigid-box quotations can start from 50 units, depending on the box size and construction. Send the artwork, dimensions and quantities so each component minimum is included in your quote.
Can the different packaging items use the same brand colors?
Yes. Use your Pantone references as the starting point for bags, labels, tags, tissue and boxes. Because paper, plastic and textile surfaces reflect color differently, approve physical samples of the selected materials alongside the artwork.
Which eco-friendly packaging options can I request?
Discuss responsibly sourced paper and board, recycled-content bags and reduced-material packing formats. Request the applicable FSC, GRS or material test documentation for the chosen product, including the certificate scope and supplier details.
How long do samples and packaging production take?
Packaging samples take 7–15 days after design specifications and materials are confirmed. Standard packaging production takes 7–12 working days after artwork approval. Rigid boxes and more complex packaging take 12–18 days after artwork approval.
Can I combine bags, tags, labels and boxes in one order?
Yes. Include every packaging component in one brief, with its material, dimensions, artwork and quantity. Coordinating these specifications helps align color approval, packing preparation and the final shipment.
Can you help prepare my packaging artwork?
Yes. Share your logo, brand guidelines and any existing dielines or artwork. We can review the layout, print size and production details, then prepare digital proofs for approval before physical samples or bulk printing.
Will the packaging arrive with my garment order?
Packaging can be prepared alongside the garments and included in the same shipment. Confirm whether the components should be attached, used for individual packing or supplied separately in labeled cartons, together with the destination and packing list.
What information is needed for a packaging quote?
Provide the garment type, packaging style, finished dimensions, material preference, print colors, artwork and quantities. Add any barcode, size-label, carton-mark or destination requirements so the quotation covers the complete packing plan.
