CUSTOM TENNIS CLOTHING · OEM MANUFACTURER
Custom Tennis Clothing Manufacturing — Made for Match Play
Sportxia is a custom tennis clothing manufacturer creating performance apparel for tennis brands, clubs and sportswear labels. Flexible MOQs, efficient lead times and full customisation connect your designs with the right fabrics, fit and branding — from the first sample to your finished collection.
The Sourcing Challenge
Your Custom Tennis Clothing Needs a Factory That Can Deliver the Design.
A missed delivery can cost a tournament season.
An April 1st season opener leaves little room for samples arriving March 20th and production ending April 15th. Set a documented production calendar from the outset, with sample approvals, factory milestones and the required arrival date agreed together.
Your collection needs one consistent colour story.
An ivory polo, cream skirt and mismatched navy crest do not make a coordinated kit. Review colour references for each fabric and approve physical colour chips before production so shirts, jackets and caps belong to the same range.
A 500-piece minimum should not decide your launch.
Boutique tennis brands may need 100 units while many suppliers ask for 500+ per style. Start with a focused micro-run, approve the same production standard and test demand before committing to larger inventory.
Our Tennis Apparel Range
Custom Tennis Clothing for Your Complete Collection
Build a coordinated range from performance tops to complete team uniforms. As a bulk athletic uniform manufacturer, we combine moisture-wicking fabrics with fit developed for serving, sprinting and changing direction.
Performance Starts with the Fabric
Performance Fabrics for Custom Tennis Clothing
Choose the material around match play: moisture-wicking tennis skirts, breathable team shirts and UV-protective tournament dresses. Review weight, 4-way stretch and recovery on the actual sample, then carry that approved fabric brief into your collection.
Performance Polyester
- Lightweight polyester blends provide a clean shape through serves and rallies.
- Suitable polyester constructions keep sublimation graphics crisp and defined.
- Develop performance tennis shirts, dresses and warm-up pieces from the approved weight.
Aero-Vent Mesh & Pique
- Micro-perforated mesh and textured pique encourage airflow.
- Position ventilation through side panels and back yokes for demanding match play.
- Specify moisture management, breathability and any anti-microbial finish in the fabric brief.
UV Protective Fabric
- Choose tested UV-protective fabric for outdoor tennis collections.
- Match the sun-protection claim to the selected material and laboratory report.
- Balance coverage, air movement and comfort for long sessions in the sun.
Interlock Spandex
- A smooth, soft feel with comfortable stretch close to the body.
- Interlock construction combines recovery with supportive compression.
- Use it for fitted tennis dresses, skirts, leggings and structured waistbands.

Custom Manufacturing in China
Choose the Right Manufacturing Model for Custom Tennis Apparel in China
Before comparing factories, define what “custom” includes. CMT, OEM and ODM divide design, sourcing and production responsibilities differently. Match the service level to your collection and the supply-chain work your team can manage.
Tier 1
Cut-Make-Trim (CMT)
Supply your completed tech pack, fabric, trims, labels and packaging. The factory provides the cutting, sewing and finishing capacity.
● Your role: source and purchase materials, coordinate quality requirements and arrange logistics.
● Suitable for: established brands with a working supply chain that need additional production capacity.
● Check: the workshop’s communication, quality systems and ability to execute your supplied technical pack.
Tier 2
Where We OperateOriginal Equipment Manufacturing (OEM)
Provide your designs and brand direction. Your OEM partner sources materials, develops samples and manages production, quality checks and packaging to the approved specification.
● Your role: set the design direction and brand identity, then approve materials and final samples.
● Suitable for: emerging tennis brands, boutique labels, clubs and tournament organisers needing a coordinated manufacturing service.
● Look for: clear English communication, technical support, a 500+ fabric library and integrated branding and packaging.
Tier 3
Original Design Manufacturing (ODM)
Choose from the manufacturer’s existing designs and add your brand identity. This can shorten development, with less control over design exclusivity.
● Your role: select the styles, approve the branding and plan your sales channels.
● Suitable for: retailers adding tennis apparel quickly or brands testing a new category.
● Check exclusivity: an existing ODM design may also be offered to other labels.
Five Decisions That Shape Your Unit Cost
Compare tennis apparel quotations against the same specification. Fabric, decoration, trims, quantity and colourways all change the price of a shirt, skirt or complete kit.
| Cost driver | Why it moves the price |
|---|---|
| Fabric weight & fibre | Compare 180–220 GSM interlock with 120–160 GSM polyester on the same specification. Recycled fibres and UV treatments can add to the base material cost. |
| Decoration method | Print coverage affects sublimation pricing; stitch count affects embroidery. Quote each graphic and position rather than assuming every kit has the same decoration cost. |
| Trims & branding | Include woven labels, silicone transfers, zipper pulls and own-brand packaging in the per-piece breakdown. |
| Order volume | Compare the 100-unit launch with pricing at 500 and 1,000+ units. Higher quantities can reduce unit costs but increase the inventory commitment. |
| Colour count | Additional colourways introduce dye setups and allocation decisions. Confirm the total per-style MOQ and colour mix in the written quotation. |
Four Checks Before Your First Tennis Apparel Order
- 01 Compare 3–5 factories against the same complete collection brief. Check how each responds to shirts, knitted skirts and other garment types, alongside its technical strengths and pricing.
- 02 Assess the delivered result as well as the unit quote. A $7.50 shirt needing rework or missing its launch can cost more than a correctly delivered $9.50 shirt. Compare samples, communication, quality checks and delivery planning.
- 03 Inspect the production operation before committing to volume. Request a live video walkthrough or an independent audit; a polished website alone cannot show how the factory works.
- 04 Agree the manufacturing model before signing. If you need OEM sourcing and technical support, confirm those services explicitly rather than assuming they are included in a CMT quotation.
How to Check Whether You Are Speaking to the Factory
Some suppliers listed as manufacturers operate through subcontractors. A trading-company margin may be around 20–40%; verify the production arrangement, responsibilities and quotation before paying a deposit.
✓ Request a live video walkthrough of the production floor and ask to see the processes your order will use.
✓ Review the business licence and the legal entity named on your quotation and payment documents.
✓ Confirm ownership of patterns, moulds and artwork, including what happens when you reorder or change suppliers.
✓ Arrange a factory visit or an independent inspection and agree the areas and records you need to review.
✓ Check any BSCI or SEDEX audit report against the named entity, site, scope and validity.
